"ERG Consulting has supported me as an administrator and our site in multiple ways, all of which are creating long-term  positive impacts on our school community, staff and students. The practical practices Mrs. Ramsey has introduced have been critical to meeting the needs of our students and families. Our staff often looks to ERG as a  source for the latest research based tools and guidance regarding cultural awareness and proficiency. We have been supported to handle challenging conversations, building relationships, and understanding the diverse needs of our students."

"I loved being  apart of the C.A.R.E. Circle Group. I was able to discuss with my peers about life issues and I was given specific tools that would continue to guide me along my first two years of high-school. This experience was beneficial to me and my peers because we got to share out how we felt about certain topics and we got to learn how to to make good choices about important teenage girl things."

"As a recent faculty hire at University of California, Davis, in summer 2022 I was struggling to get my research off the ground in the Sacramento region. I recalled meeting Ekuah at a DEI training and quickly saw that she was someone who was deeply committed—in heart, mind, and action—to equitable access for opportunities for youth of historically marginalized backgrounds. I recalled the ways that she spoke with passion and conviction….this led me to reach out for her assistance with a project focused on the well-being of African American/Black adolescent girls.

Ekuah was an exemplary community partner for my research. Her experience of over 15 years building trust and strong relationships with youth and families of color in the Sacramento region accelerated my recruitment process and allowed the girls and their parents to feel comfortable with our research team. She managed all of the logistics with excellence. I look forward to future work with Ekuah and highly recommend her to prospective partners."
